where am i going wrong?

hi all ok so I have reflashed box and I am trying to instal Linux support addons bundle on the vu duo however this is the message I receive?
collected errors:
*wfopen: .ipk: no such file or directory.
*pkg_init_from file: failed to extract control file from .ipk.
execution finished!!
