Confused about upgrading to RIGTH version OScam on Ubuntu with Omnikey

Hi there, hope a kind sole could help me out here. I want to upgrade to the latest oscam just for trying it on my Ubuntu server with Omnikey! I think i do know how to make the upgrade process, but i'm confused about finding the right 64 bit version with PCSC support...i have searched here:http://download.oscam.cc/index.php?&direction=0&order=mod&directory=1.20_TRUNK/x86_64-pc-linux

A "side-effect" question from me would be, how can it be when i look in my usr/bin folder now..the foscam bin file seems to have a long name (oscam-1.20-unstable_svn8519-x86_64-linux-gnu-ssl-libusb-pcsc)...but should it not be called "oscam" only to work properly?? see picture..

Thanks for the Guide mate...and yes i could build my own, but i just think there is more downsides with that for me personally, i would rather go for a version that is compiled with PCSC support and honestly i dont get why there is plenty of the PCSC versions in the i686 download section on http://download.oscam.cc/index.php when there is no one in the x64 section?? Does someone know that? or were to find some of the latest oscam with PCSC support ?...because i cannot :(
