hello need plugins

can anyone help me install some plugins I found on this site the plugins was in a folder call
misc_e2_plugins and comes with the
1channel and others but haw do I install them
I av the image that looks like sly when it loads up

I think that may be the open ar-p image - what type of file is your plugin ? ipk. tar ?

yhe only thing I can see is pyc file
