I need help tuning this dish.

Yesterday i bought a new dish and i decided to tune it to hotbird 13E and everything worked fine (i used a receiver to check the signal and the bam signal jumped to 84)
Now today i decided to tune it up to astra 2A because there's channels that interest me there like *** sports HD and box office.
Ok but today it was a pain in the ass, i spent 1 hour on the roof moving the dish and nothing. In the pics below there's a detailed location and i wish someone can help me and tell me the best way to tune this.

Does the height of the dish matter? or the current setting is just fine? I know i should move it to the left but i don't know if i should move the dish up or down. Can someone explain how this should be done?

i think you need bigger dish to receive astra in lebanon because a friend says that needs more than 1.8m dish in Egypt
