Tsmedia Multimedia Center 5 Support

Youtube has its own bit. I think its bottom left on main menu. And music jukebox was very temperament when I tried so I reverted back to 4.9 beta9

gerry, have you tried 1channel on the new version of TS Media 5?

No mate. I use the standalone plugin because I have my own proxy on but im assuming that you will need to add the proxy to tsmedia

Master G.....on your usr/lib/enigma/python/plugins/extensions/tsmedia/addons/movies/channel1 folder there is a plugin.py file...

for some strange reason, that file on mine has an error whenever i try to play a 1channel play link....

would it be possible if you could kindly post me that file (without your private proxy and replace it www.primewire.ag)? i can insert my private proxy and hopefully it will work....

You don`t need to edit the plugin.py with your proxy buddy.. Reinstall TSMedia > FTP to /etc/tsmedia/proxy_links > Add your proxy like below..

Reboot > Zap to TSMedia > Movies > 1channel movies > Blue button/settings & select proxy source as linuxsat..

Master G, I am using openpli image which requires two changes to be made 1channel on TS Media tow work:

1 - change the proxy link as you suggested
2- change the proxy link on that plugin.py file

I have attached the plugin.py file...maybe you can spot the error on line 748....it states get_stream_link is not defined.....if you can recode it, please post it back

can anyone pm me with a proxy just to know witch proxy i need.

any tutorial?

just put this line before the line 478
from resolver.mpurlresolver import get_stream_link
but i will suspect this will work with TSmedia 5.0,i changed the code in 478 line in TSmedia

pointlessdo a proxy for simply movies....I did one and it shows nothing

I have a slight problem with the latest update 5.0, when I download a movie it's just being downloaded as the filename and no end bit eg. Mp4 or. Avi ect, I have to ftp into the box and rename the file eg movie.mp4, and it will play perfectly then, the previous versions I never had to do this, anybody any ideas how to fix this thanks.

No fix for that
i put it like that intentionally to simulate recording from dvb service as without extension,soon in coming version 5.1 will fix and put extension for the file ,for now rename manually

Since running version 5 I can only access my downloads via user files in the new version . Before I could just access my hdd and see all my downloads . How do I go back to that way. The new way is not wife friendly lol. I am on vix 808 vu+solo2

i hope all will be fixed very soon in a new version

Tested and working OK on DM800HD (Genuine) running Open PLi 2.1. The Image had v4.9 oe1.6 running which was installed from the .ipk. This v5.0 oe1.6 was installed via the "update" button on the TS Media control panel.

Renaming manually wont work for me, not sure if its something im doing wrong but i get access denied when i try and rename. If i try and delete the file i also get an error saying i cannot delete the file so at the moment im stuck with nearly 10gb of useless files i can't do anything with. I have this running on a vu+ duo2

right click to change attributes to 755 on your hdd to have full control then try..

Still no luck mate, checked and the hdd permissions were already set for read/write/execute, i applied the permissions again and set to include all sub folders and files, once complete i tried deleting the file again but still get access denied
