help with web x tv please

Hi is it possible to watch my dm500 on web x tv away from home. When at home i can access no problem, watch tv, change channels. Away from home using my dyndns address i just get a blank screen? is this possible or am i missing something simple? I have tried port 31344 and still blank screen...its open pli image if that helps... would lv some help pls..
