Hi is it possible to watch my dm500 on web x tv away from home. When at home i can access no problem, watch tv, change channels. Away from home using my dyndns address i just get a blank screen? is this possible or am i missing something simple? I have tried port 31344 and still blank screen...its open pli image if that helps... would lv some help pls..

hi please help....im reading a lot about 28.2e changing beams...im in austria with a 1.5m dish fixed at 28.2 ....all was fine i believe dish lined correctly...last week all tps from 10714-11221 no sig/strength and 12515 upwards also...im on a tm5402 box. I tried new firmware 135 and tp strength went to 80% for 1 day then dropped again...ive tried everything...any ideas out there would be big help.... would a motor help?

Hi could anyone please tell me if and which images can be used on a tm600 model. Not keen on the iq image and dm has lots more options. Also would i use dreamup to load or tm control centre.

Try IPCONFIG/ALL from the command prompt and see if that reveals something you may have thought was different.

had same prob...disable dhcp in ur stb..reboot so u get ip add over 1.65 save reboot again and enable stb. then router will fix the ip and all works fine....had me for a while!

This must be simple or I am... How do I add a tm600 to my dm500 server network in same house pls. Just want to put upstairs struggling with cfg setup. Tx used to using tm5402 which is a doddle.. Never added a Linux to a Linux b4. Sorry for dumb question !

thanks a lot huntamick for that. I have a tm5302 connected to server so i guess i could apply these to myself? Any particular one you recommend. The only problem i forsee is i left 2.1.3 running last night and after about 3 hrs the box just died..is that what they call to hot in the sat world? is there a way to stop that ...its fine running ccam+newcs . If updates expire on 18th when would you run ccam 2.13 on its own?

Please check Cfgs for above mentioning trying to set up ..at moment i have ccam.2.0.1.1 +newcs 1.67 but want to add mgcamd to enable update ents using tm600 on i hope im right in saying its IQ team with UR dated 2.4.12.
If any geniuses would take 5 mins to look over these i would be grateful.I am new to this and trying to teach myself..but at a dead end!

Hi all,
please some guidance needed...after 4 nights till 6am i still cant get this to work. i have followed all tutorials and believe i have all cfg right...but when i go to tm 600 ..blue button i only get options for ccam and newcs..ccam alone or mgcamd alone....which just gives a blank screen. i have cam and newcs running succesfully but want to add mgcamd to it so i can update entitlements. is there something i need to do to chane the softcam start up panel? I would be happy to post my cfg if someone would be happy to help me.....got a squeaky bum..not long left on ents update.

ty so much for your help.... i would like to use oscam but am very new to this and dont want to mess up what is working fine at the moment....unless its really simple. my tm 600 gives me the option of ccam..newcamd1.35 or my current config of ccam plus newcs1.67? is it a big job.....and totally of the subject how on earth can i watch hbo as am a big fan of bill maher using 80cm dish nw uk..just incase u have an idea!! thankyou brendan 4 your help tonight..this site is awesome!

and yes me bum is squeaking !!! have tried that nothing yet ...do i have to alter ccam in anyway brendan?

yes ccam 2.1.1 running also... that sounds simple am doing it now. i dont have to have card in official box?
