Vu+ duo stuck on boot logo

Hi guys, tried to want something on icefilms and my box froze on the spinning Vix sign, I switched the box off and back on and it won't go past the loading screen, I was going to red lash the box and realised I don't have a suitable pen drive, is there anything else I can do? Thanks
