everything working ok until my dish stopped responding so i got up the ladder and reset it, now it only finds 3 sats instead of 12 any ideas is it as lost as i am. im using disquets and usals no joy yet

have you checked your long and lat is still right?
what sats is it picking up and does it move to other sats but no signal? -
Send your motor to 0 , than reallign your dish to the satellite that is closest to the real south.
Check if your pole is still at level and if everything is still.
If that is the case you should be up and running in no time.Regards,

Hi guy's it will go to (0) no problem.i get 28.2,23.5,19.2,COULD I HAVE MOVED THE DISH A FEW DEGREES OUT OF POSITION WHEN I RESET IT?

im in yorkshire so i send my dish to 0 and then set it up to thor 1w -

i'm 2/3 degrees out i'm stepping it west and finding sats. I thought thats what usals is for.
I get 100%SNR ANS 100%AGC on 28.2 penny's just droped / closest to true south is the 1 i want to find first.
Another day of learning complete.

sounds to me that the dish as moved 2/3 degrees on the pole.
get ya ladders out, send the dish to 0 and move the dish back on the pole till you get thor..
then all sats should come back in place. -
