green screens

Getting green screens whenever I go into device manager. Using blackhole btw.
Here is the crash log. Any help appreciated.

Green screen in device manager usually happens when the hard drive hasnt been formatted, initialized or mountpoints properly setup. Check the mountpoint is setup correctly, if it is then you may need to reformat and initialize again. If you have any files on the hard drive ftp into /media/hdd/movie and backup.
