Has anyone successfully used the Acer Revo as a client or server for CS, if so what operating system did you use and what Sat card. If possible could I get a ghosted image of your machine or as much details as possible to facilitate setup.

You would have no problem using ubuntu or debian as the server mate!!
For any card that is possible to share!!

Sorry for confusion caused, I am using a dm500s as a server and would like to use the Acer Revo as a Client initially but eventually switching to using a Revo as a Server as they have HDMI output. I have 3 New Revo's not being used for anything at present.

Multipack any chance of a ghost image of the your Revo Drive , I will happily cover any costs incurred.

M8 its easy if u follow ten belows install debian with cccam linked above. I have a revo. just get the image onto a bootable usb stick and follow instructions. I then setup oscam to one dreambox. I put an end to end tut for that bit on here as well have a look around m8. much better if u load ur own rather than an image as u learn more IMHO. Hope this helps m8
