hi what dose this message on the front of my s10 openbox mean On all the time it wont clear and i cant reflash it to bring it back to life please help me out

i tryed to reflash it with my new Null Modem Cable For ***BOX F5S F3S F5 F3 OPENBOX S10 S11 S9 X5 X3 VU+ DREAMBOX which came today but no luck thats why i need your help please thanks humaxman1

before anything else ,,unplug the box from the mains plug..
leave it off for a while to let it cool down...
then follow this tutorial : Upgrade PVR800 HD Tool ~ Using a null modem cable

start the loader,select the full firmware file to load,tick include bootloader, and then hit next on the loader,then turn the receiver on.
