There is nothing in this config that is blocking an EMM update, you could try Mgcamd + oscam config if you are worried its not updating. Tell me what image you are using, as you might need an Mgcamd+oscam start/stop script.
After you install Mgcamd1.35a look in folder /var/camscript or /usr/camscript, you will find the Mgcamd script. Edit it with the attached script, it will start Mgcamd then 15 seconds later oscam.
This will definately not stop the update buddy. Your config is the exact same as Oscam Sly UK Configs For Updating Entitlements.
Has this card got an update before in the DM500 with oscam ? Might be an idea to add the boxkey anyway just to be sure thats not the cause.
You need the bOXID to update the card m8.. Basically this is your boxkey. get 17digit serial from bottom of box and convert it.
boxid = ********Replace **`s with your boxkey and do not use spaces between like cccam.cfg
