Hi I have set up ubuntu server as by tutorial every as should be i think I have just installed Easy CCconfig but it wont connect to my server
Could I have set something up wrong ?

Have you entered the FTP login details, path for CCcam.cfg properly ? What error do you get when trying to connect ? Have you tried a different FTP client like filezilla ?

I have use both my Serveres IP Address and dyn address and the same loging deatils I use for putty and winSCP (root - password) path is /var/etc/
When I click on download CFG I get a box come up saying connection failed
I have not tried other ftp as i thought it woiuld be easier to use thios to get lines for my box to test if it connects
Completely new to this and very stuck
Don`t rely on tools that configure everything for you, learn how to do it manually..
FTP to the server using Filezilla > Download the CCcam.cfg to your desktop and edit it with Notepadd++..
Send the CCcam.cfg back to the server, /var/config/ folder and restart CCcam using ssh/telnet with this command;

also :: I have looked at a lot of posts for CCcam settings and was wondering why I do not a have a CCcam x86 which is mentioned a lot (n Bin I have CCcam_2.1.3)
I have tried to access using several other ftp still wont let me connect
