Q: Where can I get cheap and one time off Satelite Card?

I had just finished my Ubuntu server.
OSccam and CCcam as well as required Webif are all looks OK working.

I would like to test it on a TV Card + Smargo.
Anyone can guide me to purchase a cheap + onetime off payment card?

If possible try not to get me a porno type card.

I'm not sure which satellites in Malaysia I can use.
But I did some research on the google, and I found up in Malaysia we can get Thailand, Indonesia, East Timor, Singapore, Brunei, Vietnam (Saigon), South Philippines satellites movies.
I will presume that these satellites can be use here.

Besides that do I need to have the dish or just a card will do to do the testing?
