Then using Dcc FTP to tmp folder then telnet this command below
opkg install /tmp/*.ipk
Extract the attached file > FTP Mgcamd-1.38c to /usr/softcams folder > Open newcamd.list file with notepadd++ and paste in your CWS line > FTP newcamd.list & mg_cfg to /usr/keys folder > Restart Enigma2/Reboot > Press Blue button > Softcam manager > Start Mgcamd-1.38c and enable at startup..
Thank you will give it a try later, Been pulling my hair out yesterday trying to do it.
I have a Nline do i need to alter it to work ??
Leave off the N:
So in Newcamd.list
CWS = yourfriendsline.org 12000 user pass 01 02 etc etc
Save & exit & restart mgcamd
I rember reading somewhere when i enter my nline i have to put space's somewhere is this correct.
so looks likes this in newcamd.list
CWS_KEEPALIVE = 300
CWS_INCOMING_PORT = 21000
#CWS_MULTIPLE = 127.0.0.1 15000:15001 dummy dummy 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14 lan
CWS = yourfriendsline.org 12000 user pass 01 02 etc etc
Tried all the above but still no channel's, Am i missing something. After the N do i put a dash or equal's
Remove the n and the : then type cws leave a space, then the = then another space, then the rest of your line.
Thank's will give that a try
Cheer's fatbob, That sorted it.
Had the mgcamd runnung ok for a couple of day's switched box on today & getting no channel's, Anyone any idea's.
Just an update on the above, I stopped mgcamd then restarted it rebooted box now it's working...strange.
Anyone help, Ive switched box back on today & mgcamd isnt working, Tried restarting it & reboot box but nothing.
Open mg_cfg file and look for this line;
# Log option, summ of:
# 00 off
# 01 network udp log
# 02 log to console
# 04 file, appended ! delete it by yourself, before it eat all your hdd
# + IP udp-port log-file-name
L: { 04 } 192.168.1.92 28007 /tmp/mgcamd.log
{ 04 }: Make sure this is set to 04, change back to 02 after checking the log
192.168.1.92: Change this to the ip addess of your receiver
After making these changes restart mgcamd. FTP to /tmp folder and look at the mgcamd logs. If there are no logs after making these changes and restarting, mgcamd is not running or you still havn`t configured it properly.. What does the log tell you is happening ?
Done the above all channel's working, Do i need to alter the 04 back to 02 ? Ftp into temp folder but cant find any mgcamd log's ?
Changed the 04 back to 02 switched box off still nothing.

If you find it difficult to activate the log, maybe look at using an emulator that has a web interface, like CCcam or oscam..
I was useing CCcam but was told to use mgcamd which ive done, Mgcamd work's sometime's Only log file i can see is cam.check log which read's Couldn't find Mgcamd-1.38c running, Starting Mgcamd-1.38c
