help with mgcamd setup

    Trying to use mgcamd for the first time and have installed 1.35 from feeds running vix Helios 17 on my Miraclebox-Mini.


    Have copied my C : to cccamd.list and rebooted box and started cam in via blue button and enabled restart.


    Unable to clear channels and cant see active lines via blue button - CCcam info.


    This is my mg_cfg data, any help would be great

    The CCcam server needs to be running version 2.0.11 or below to use C line/cccamd.list, do you know if the server is running this version ?


    Why would you expect to see anything active in CCcaminfo when you are using mgcamd ?

    ah ok will have to check with server, how do you check lines are live in mgcamd apart from channels clear?

    Look in mg_cfg for Log option:
    Example:
    L: { 02 } 192.168.1.1 28007 /tmp/mgcamd.log
    192.168.1.1= ip address of server
    28007= port used for mgcamd log ( make up a port number )
    After making the changes to match your ip address and port, Reboot, then look in /tmp/ folder for mgcamd.log.
