oscam: sory guy's waht little i knew i've now forgot

i'm back at last but i'm afraid it's as the title say's, i've managed to get the server up and running a DB800 clone using oscam 8115, i've had the client box a VU+ Duo2 connecting but only with CCcam230 and it's just freezing all the time.

so guy's i want to setup oscam on the client box, i'm using master G's modded BH image, but i just can't seem to remember for the life of me what files i need and the configs for them, can someome help please.

ok got oscam to oscam working but..................

it's a time old problem constant freezing on the client, the server is running fine.

the server is a DB800 clone with an old and i mean old Nemesis image using oscam svn8115 it's old but works well, a bit like meself lol.

the client is a VU+ Duo2 with master G's modded BH image i've tried with CCcam 2.1.3 and 2.3.0 and oscam svn 9682, bloody thing is freezing every 10 to 20 secs.

can someone please give me some clues as to where to look to sort it.

here's the weirdest thing removed the 600 mhz from both and nothing cleared, i would'nt have thought that it would have affected it like that, put the settings back and it cleared again.

found the problem on the CCcam side of things i had a digit wrong from the serial number so the boxkey was wrong.

but i'm still having trouble with the client box disconnecting and freezing, the clock speed alteration i'm afraid did'nt work.

any further suggestions please.

i have the boxkey entered the the CCcam.cfg, i know that the boxkey isn't nesscessary in oscam but are you saying that i should remove it from the CCcam.cfg as well?

1.. FTP oscam-svn1052-mipsel-webif-compressed to bin folder
2.. Rename old bin by adding _OLD to the end of the filename
3.. Rename the new one to whatever the old one was
4.. chmod 777 the new file

but i always have trouble with pli images particularly on the cam side of things i dont think i've ever cleared a channel on any box and i have had many over the years.

so unless i learn and learn quickly how to navigate round a pli image it's not worth while installing one.

sorry mate but the oscam logs have been deleted, in as much the the folders are no longer there /var/log/oscam.log

i've checked the file path in oscam.config and it is as above, i'm sure it was there but it is no longer.

so it looks like i'm screwed.
