unable to flash with dream up and browser

    hi guys some reason i won't be able to flash dm500hd with dream up nor with browsers any help.i tried dream up clone but still saying wait flash button not appearing.

    Try a few times and wait a few minutes between attempts. I have experienced the same, or try a different version of DreamUp.
    It is also optiflash I think it's called, you can try. My computer went down, so I have no more.
    You have mastered the com port in DreamUp?
