This will get you up & running buddy: How-To: Oscam or Oscam & CCcam For SLY UK CAID 0963
-
thanks for the oscam files loaded , but this may seem a stupid question were do I put the ipk files? and do I need to restart box rescan afterwards?
-
You don`t need the .ipk, just the configs.. Download the attached file and extract..
Oscam configs for UK card are in folder mnt/hdd0/program/tuxbox/config/
Send these configs to the same folder on the prismcube and restart oscam..
-
I have made the latest version of oscam with uk configs included.. I have no way of testing this so your feedback would be appreciated buddy..
-
I added the latest oscam 9764 to tmp folder , went to bh addons and it wasn't found so unable to say if it is any good. I also put the oscam files in folder mnt/hdd0/program/tuxbox/config/ restarted oscam still no joy. I really don't know what im doing wrong

Connect to the oscam webinterface in your browser like this ==> http://ip.address.of.prismcube:8888
Restart oscam then copy and paste the log here so we can see what errors there are..

Try the attached version, see if it will install plz buddy..
-
righr I ftp this to tmp folder , open bh addons, install local bhp package. it doesn't recognise this format (tar.gz) it wants bhp.tz format
-
or do I extract and install the files manually?

Can you rename it to bhp.tz, does that make any difference ?

Can you show us another oscam log plz..
-
its asking for a username and password to access the server

its asking for a username and password to access the server
Look in oscam.conf for [webif] login details..
-
user and password don't work, these are what is listed in conf file
-
any further thoughts on what I could do next
-
Can you edit the oscam.conf file and change the default user & password? when done ftp the file back over to the box then do a restart.... oscam is working if it's asking you for the username & password to view the webif
