When trying to install you would have encountered the Cannot satisfy the following dependencies error.. Take note of the dependencies needed, probably UDPXY, install those first, reboot then try to install IPTV List Updater plugin.. Dependencies are installed the same way as the plugin...

Once you have the plugin installed ..then go to menu=>plugins=> download whatever=> restart box=>
at the very end of your channel list you will see them...
For info - I installed IPTV List Updater 1.62 on vu ultimo BH 2.1.0.1 and the install reported unable to satisfy dependencies for python-textutils, curl & udpxy. Installed the 3 necessary ipk files as per master G in post 2 [thanks!] and reinstalled 1.62 of the Updater and all now ok.
