***box F5s

Just got a f5s brand new think it is original and I have loaded my n line on it in the Cccam part works clears the channels but keeps going offline.
it's not the n line works great in another box no problems have read the is a problem about this with the f5s boxes. Does anyone know of a way to sort this issue good little box cheap as chips too.
