DM800HD OpenPLi Stop Timeshift On Channel Change

Hi all, I flashed my box with open pli and now every time i go to change channel i get a message asking if i want to stop timeshift. I have set the option to Don't save but it's like it's stuck on ask user no mater what i select. Anyone know how to fix this? I've reflashed and also it does the same on my mates dm800hd. Both are sim 2.10 clones with SSL 87, Any help is much appreciated.. ;-)

But i'd like to keep it enabled as i use it a good bit... ;-) I've had it running open pli before with no issues, Just thought maybe someone would have had the same problem before as its happened on more than one box...??
