Entitlements updating

Hi
was running oscam 9811 and recieved recently 7 unique emm's which upated the middle date entits, subsequently i've updated the version of oscam to 9816 there's been no more emm's coming thro so the older of the entits have not been updated still 03/09, i find this strange why should i get the middle section of dates to update and not the oldest of the lot?

and also i've noticed that there's now a secton on the entits page this is listing various ND$ info including my country of origin and the first part of my postcode.

can someone please advise and comment of these 2 issues and are they of any concern.

Sorry but i've got to resurrect this thread.

my oldest entitlements admittedly don't expire til the 28/09/14 but i'm sure if all was well i would have received some idea that they were due update soon.

Your configs look ok, nothing that would be stopping an update. Is the [account] user = me a client on your own network ? If so you could try using mgcamd on that receiver.. Let me know and i will tell you what to change in the config.

the me is my client box.

i did have oscam/mgcamd previously before the last lot of updates they never happen, so had to put the card in the original box.

just one thing i've sort of remembered when trying to setup oscam and having problems i was using CCcam 230 i think though i cant be sure that the card updated with that emu, so would that be possible? and if so would it hinder me in trying to do the updates with other emu's particularly oscam?

never easy for me is it boss lol.

sorry boss only just re-read your post, as i say "yes" me is my Client box.

and could you please give me the best way to setup mgcam on the client i would greatly appriciate it, i can do oscam/mgcam on the server but not sure how it is to be setup on a client.

files are all in place, just got to d/l an oscam/mgcamd file for Newnigma2, i know they're on here somewhere lol

nope i thought i could find it, but i cannot find oscam/mgcamd for newnigma2 anywhere.

done a google lots say they've got but so far none have, or at least my understanding of it.

not having used mgcamd as a stand alone emu before, how do i check the info please?

mgcamd is not clearing anything, i've edited the files as suggested above, i've selected mgcamd 1.38 activated it and rebooted (twice) and nothing.

just re-read your post again is what you are saying edit the files on the server? but activate mgcamd on the client box?

cos if that the case the client box is a VU+ Duo2 if that makes any difference i'll try that way round in any case.

well i've just come on here to check for replies.

just thought i'd check oscam before i tried anything else, and found that the entits have updated, but no emm's were written, can someone please explain this.

No! mate i'm running oscam alone version 9847, just checked this morning and found 1 unique written, and no don't have a scheduled reboot either.

just seems that the updates arrived before the emm(s)

emm's coming through and entitlements updating as and when i would hope for.

i'm running oscam 9847 the only thing that i did differently was to add au = $$$uk to my client line.

Oh dear

me again, it seems that foolishly i updated my oscam version to 10641, emu works fine but it's not updating the card the first entits expire on the 22/4/15 i'm sure the ecms should have come through by now.

would it be any good of installing an different version of oscam, that's known to do the updates, and if so which version?

but of course i was mate lol

what happened was i updated the card in the original box, put it back in the server and updated oscam to 10077............then intelligently thought if 10077 is working must be safe to update to a later version................wrong!
