ts media addons failing

Hi guys hope someone can help coz my head is battered...

i have ts media working sweet as a nut in my own house but i have a box set up for a mate aswell he's with virgin media as his internet provider and cant get anything to load etc is there a way round this ...

any help will be amazing as my head is about to burst lol
