mgcamd 1.38c not opening channels

hi - got a vu+ultimo, bh2.1.1 latest image, server is Virmin..connected as a client...everything working all sd channels, most hd are working, but some dont open up like sly sports HD 1 and 2,sly sports 3 and 4 are working, some of the *** movies hd are working some are not....when i flick through all the channels, tried restarting box and restarted network still the same..any ideas. does anything need configuring etc?..ta
