    Hello.im having problems with networking on this image.connecting via dreamset or dbedit.it wont ftp properly with dbedit giving error and also i cannot zap to channels,althogh box con figuration says it is conncted.any ideas thankyou

    hi thanks for reply .i have the correct ip and pass word is correct when i click on test on dbedit it says box connected.i do manage to load settings but dbedit says loaded with errors your box is not compatable with 3 or 4 type something like that.when i try to zap a channel it says connection failed on dbedit.on dreamset it says connected but i cant even send or view channels. i have now gone back to version 2.1.0 backup now, which is ok

    I use dreamboxEdit 5.1.1 without a hiccough on 3 STBs no problem ( one is e1 and the other two e2)
    Go to tools - options and make sure you have it set up right.. Test IP , test username/password
    Ensure that the paths are correct..
    Then SAVE the configuration before you try to do anything else .
    restart STB and all should be OK to use..
