What is the "best" or easiest to handle image?

all of them are easy to "handle"
I suggest you start using the searchbar top right buddy as you are asking what has already been asked and answered many times before..( as recent as yesterday)
Another suggestion ..start trying out the ready made backups to see which one you like the most..

All a matter of taste really but the easiest to setup would be openvix image.
There are a lot of backup images (images already setup and ready to go) on here aswell.
Maybe give them a whirl before you make up your own mind.
