Help needed setting up sly card with oscam on dm800

I also want to set this up on my DM800 as cccam kills my card these days.
Don't know where to start which has held me back for so long.
Please help a complete Oscam n00b set this up

Thanks master G I'm running dreamelite v4 with cccam 2.1.3 which is all I've ever used and this is my very first step into Oscam.
Just looking to get my 0963 working in my DM800 again and updating if possible.
Which version of Oscam would you advise me to use and any stickies that may help me

Should the file be unpacked before FTP ?
Any attributes to be changed ?

Completely screwed my box but managed to recover with DE4 r003.
Clean image now installed, extra URL and my ccc2.1.3 installed with my back up cccam.cfg
Master g ipk file flashed but still only have cccam available as soft cams and nothing in card server.
Read so many posts tonight I've confused everything. So before I balls it all up again can you help from the point I'm at trying to get my 0963 to update again.
I've also tried to web browse into Oscam with box ip:8888 but nothing:26_002:

Will do that but my head is in flames for one night !!

Only Oscam I can load and shows as card server is v8a from extra URL.
I've installed that and have it selected as card server with cccam 2.1.3 as softcam with config of my bx I'd and f&c lines.
Not sure what I need to do next and if it going to work out ?

this is a start to revive the card, you will learn oscam step by step as all other people.

When I loaded a clean r005 image the addons from the extra URL just hung and didn't load on my gen DM800.
But I was using my r003 back up config from my hdd. I need to use this as USUALS don't do the job for me.
