hello everyone - trouble getting started with a VU+ duo

I have recently joined the forum, it is my first post on any forum so forgive me if this is in the wrong place. I have recently purchased a VU+ Duo box and I am having difficulty knowing which vix programme I should be adding to the box. Also I cannot access the box through the IP address, I keep getting the web page is no available. As you can see I am a complete novice.

ok,witch image you have now? do your box is conected to internet?

yep, first post is usually a user introducing themselves in introductions.
VIX is an image not a programme.
If you aren´t sure of the hows and whys yet then why not load on a ready made image with all but your personal configuration for your card ,etc...

then you just add your card details and update the channel settings.
Start by reading all the HOW TOs and GUIDES to start understanding the basics..

I also have a Megasat HD910 in my other room (trying to save a bit of cash) can i flash this in the same way as my VU+ Duo??
