Cannot find a satellite using USALS

My Vu+Solo2 works fine - tuner A on motorised dish (using USALS) and gets the usual satellites no problem, and tuner B fixed. I am trying to get to 31.5E but selecting a channel (from Catseyes list) I just get an endless flashing of the "dish moving" symbol with no end result. How do I fix this? I assume there is some list that USALS needs that maybe hasn't got 31.5E on it - but I don't really know.

If you use "sat finder" and select 31.5e does it show a signal? You could be missing the sat slightly as there all on the arc. I had the same issue when I was first setting upy motorised. Would get 13/19/23 but when it went to 28 the signal was next to nothing. It surprised me that I only had to elevate the dish ever so slightly to get the lot.

Yes, sorted now - it appears that the problem was with the particular channel I had selected. Selected another and position locked on. Signal very weak on 31.5E though - here in the North West of England.
