    Its here folks! and its real!! Geohot is back big time with limera1n jailbreak for all iOS devices including: iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, iPad, iPod touch 4G / 3G / 2G, untethered running iOS 4.1.

    NOTE: If you rely on an unlock, do not update to iOS 4.1 without using http://thefirmwareumbrella.blogspot.com/ , as doing so will upgrade your baseband, making it impossible to unlock (for now).     What I've been trying to find out, is once Jailbroken are both Limera1n and Greenpois0n the same? Or is one better to use than the other??

    Well from reading peoples views most people are going with this jailbreak m8, i used blackrain and never had a problem, cracked my m8's iphone 4 last night and all seems ok, so its your choice m8!

    yeah but he could have waited till Greenpois0n was patched and released his exploit but i guess its a game of who is best lol

    The version of GreenpoisOn that was release in the wild has the LimeRa!n boot rom exploit in.


    The GP team removed their shatter exploit from this release to prevent apple from closing two Boot-Rom hole with one update.


    Thats why it did not get the much aclaimed released on the 10/10/10 10:00 the GP hack had to reworked and tested.


    There is alot of politics in the scene at the moment, the more teams / groups working on this the better and the longer the scene will continue.

    If its not broke --- fix it anyway.
