evo xfinity any good

great little boxes- don't let the hardware spec put you off, they've got more than enough power for streaming media/xbmc/xbmc plugins. The only time you'll hit hardware limitations is if you try to play games (it'll be fine with angry birds, but it's not really designed for gaming)

No backup with firmware..pure shite

These boxes are quite good if you haven't been spoilt with enigma and let's face it this used to be a hobby that you had to work at to get the benefits instead of just ftping other people's handy work.
So if your willing to put some effort in and update your own channel lists and have experience with xbmc/kodi youll love it.
If not walk away and leach of others handy work, let's face it when sly stops working and it will this box will still have a use.

Hello forum again I also have an Evo xfinity just looking round for any working repos for it as unable to install kodi very dissapointed as the firm are still selling the boxes many thanks hope someone can help

once set up (infuriates a bit)its a great little box, but that's just me, xbmc built into sat box, whats not to like. just don't try installing repo wizards , makes box crash sooner or later, lavatronics does box £69, can pay extra !£10 for them to put the firmware on for you,and their updates and tuts are spot on

hi i test this box kodi no working propely and i test amiko a3 great genuine kodi full apps ok for sat full backup ok
