EPG and AutoBouquets problems with Commando 15.0d image dm500

cracking img only prob i have is when updatingvia box or dreamup it empties bouqs and just leaves other auto updater dos the same and epgdont pick up it scans nowfor 40 secs

all worked fine all bouqs in order after update to this via box it loaded happily no channels worked after auto bouq updater it wiped all channel lists and just made an other folder with all channels still not opening and get epg only scans now for 40 secs and returns nothing but before update to this all was fine tried doing it via dreamup clean install but same results nothing opening and all lists vanish and only other in bouq

put it back the the april one and now only movies and sports open weird never had this before with any img any box tried it on 3 dm with same results

hi fixed dish i hit blue then blue then blueand it updated img to this one when complete all my channel orders are gone and only other bouquet is left i then hit blue blue then green autobouquets wizard red set loc scotland stv then yellow creat 28.2e autobouquet it says its done and new get egp ready but theres no is no sports movies menu just other and none of the channels open when i hit get epg it scans but thenstops nothing found i do afresh install oftheolderversion and all comes back weird
