The view I use is Cool Tiny Guide. At the moment there is unused vertical space so only a max of 16 channels can appear. Is there any way to mod it so that 20 channels could appear?
I've got Cool TV Guide via the LinuxSatSupport addon.
From what I can tell I need to edit the following file: /usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/Extensions/CoolTVGuide/CoolSkin/CoolTinyGuide_1280.xml
What code in that file should I change to add additional rows? I'm using Blackhole 2.1.0.
do you not press menu when in cool tv and that takes you to the preference pane then select how many rows, what size rows, how long etc from there?

The image you are using with coolman will make no difference, it's the plugin itself that you need to modify if it's even possible to make the changes you want.....

Of course it makes a difference. The guy said there's an option in the extension to change the numbers of rows. As far as I'm aware you only get that option in Vix.
Assuming that option isn't in Blackhole, does anybody know what lines of code I need to edit to add more rows?
mckee is right, coolmans is an independent add on all changes or modifications are made via the addon not the image

erm no it doesn't........ Vix has it's own epg guide built in (which you can setup to suit yourself)...... coolman is a plugin. The advice that monkified gave you is not correct, there is no such preference page in the coolman options..... no matter whether your using it with Blackhole 2.1.0/2.1.1/2.1.2/2.1.3 etc etc
