Keyboard does not work ...?

    I have a (white) VU+ Solo2 -with OPenPli 4, and equiped with a keyboard to facilitate the insertion of text.
    The front of the keyboard (remote control : power , channel selection , volume, etc. ) works perfectly.
    But the keyboard, at the back, does not work at all : what I type on the keyboard at the back has never appeared in the text box on my TV screen.
    Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong ?
    Should I maybe install the keyboard ? But how ? I am very new ..

    Is that not an ultimo remote you are trying use , you would need to change the box to the ultimo code but i have my doubts that it will work but worth a try , look at the ultimo and solo 2 user guides and give it a shot , make a backup first and transfer it to a flash drive so you are prepared for issues if you get any

    Also from memory to use the keyboard on the back of the Ultimo remote I think you had to press the unlock button first..... think that button is beside the CAPS lock button, has a symbol of an unlocked padlock on it.
