Help Cccam Cloud ibox 2+ !!!

New to the Cloud ibox 2+, but getting stuck in.
I have flashed my box with different images and cccam versions but can't get my cline to work.
I'm on vix at the mo with cccam 2.13.
I have put my cline in cccam.cfg no prob, and I see it in cccam info/servers but in red and not connected. My cline works fine on my technomate through the same router, but if I take that off and plug in the 2+.... Nothing.
I've tried cccam 2.13, 2.14 and 2.30, still nothing.
I presume I'm doing something really stupid.
I have tried blackhole, openpli4 and open vix.
The box installs epgs and plugins so has no problem getting on the net.

Yes,
if you put only cline in cccam.cfg it is ok, but if you put lines F and stops.

For my partners put all lines F folder etc / cccam.cfg?
