"Invalid Image or old version" erorr when flashing DM800 HD Clone

    Can anyone help solve this prob. I have tried quite a few latest lmages via web browser, null modem but keep encoutering the above erorr. the last image i tried was Cobra 1423 v4b. your help is apriciated.
