DVB-C tuner

    Hi,


    I'm using an ET9200 for 13E and 28E stats but $ly italia HD channels AFU for a while now, (FOX sports2 has no SD) so I'm thinking about using cable for US sports here in Germany.


    I also use XBMC on my HTPC a lot. $portsdevil has a great selection of all sports but the quality is almost unwatchable most of the time. << 60MB cable line.


    My question is: Has anyone had experience using USB DVB-C tuners on enigma2 receivers? I'm thinking about using one of these on my STB << CI slot available for cable viewing card. This is possible...correct?? If I use DVB-C USB tuner, this will not affect my sat recording options i.e. record 1 channel watch another...correct??


    I was also thinking about a PCI-E DVB-C tuner with CI slot or Omnikey readers for cable viewing card for my HTPC << I think a bigger PITA to set up?? Does anybody have any experience with these w/ OpenELEC??
