Techno mate 500 Super & mgcamd 135a help please

Hi,
I am having an issue with a TM500 super & mgcamd 135a,
When i change a channel i need to restart the mgcamd or else press the red button to download the latest softcam.keys for the channel to clear, It works OK then until i change the channel & then i need to restart the mgcamd again to watch the channel,

If i change the channel & press the red button on the remote a message appears, downloading latest softcam.keys, Then the channel will clear,
Does anyone know why i need to keep doing this to watch the channel every time i change the channel?

I'm using IQ Team TM 500 super image Software version rel 2.4.12 date 13/12/12

Hi, I have update the image to an earlier version (UR Team 500 Super Software version rel 2.4.10 date 18/2/2011) but the problem still the same.
Where can i get the latest image version for this box please,
