rar files come up as Php files

How to these files, when I tried to open any one of rar files they come up as PHP files?

Hi,
If you are using IE9 or lower, goto 'Tools'-'Compatibility View Setting' and 'ADD' this website. Your screen will change but go back to the file or files you want to download and save. Then you can open them and upload to your stb.
