Openatv 4.2 DM800HD PVR flashexpander Plugin issues

I flashed my dm800hd with openatv, big image so put flash expander on to extend my flash....formatted 8gb usb to ext3 and inserted to dm800hd and all went ok...Got my whole box set up the way I like it...

The when I bring box downstairs to living room it won't boot up, just hangs....

So i refreshed again and put on flash expander, powered off and tried booting up so just hangs...

So flash expander is definitely the problem, why is my box not booting up, like on my second attempt i never installed any plugins so its not to say the box lost the usb drive and box crashed due to excessive software....

could be the Image? i use a PLi-4 image with a 16gb USB asigned to flashexpander
loads of plugins added & never any issues here m8

Try Pluginskinmover 0.6 instead buddy..

try removing usb before powering up sometimes causes that to happen

never had any issues here

I will try pluginskinmover. Th box is in my attic won't be an option removing the use to reboot
