Optimuss OS 3+

    I can't seem to find any information on this box ? is it just too new ?


    I'm running openATV 4.2 and can't seem to get rid of the "tuner lock error" while trying to update the EPG or auto bouquets .


    Both satellite feeds are good.


    Any ideas ?

    I found out the problem,


    I found out someone had a similar problem with another receiver, turned out to be dish/LNB issue. Seems the EPG data comes from transponder 11778 and I had no signal from this so this is why I got the tuner lock message and why the EPG would not download.


    I took the box to my mothers where there was no issues on the Amiko Alien II and bingo, she worked straight away !


    Can't believe it, seems like everything else is working and what's worse I tried another Separate dish and LNB I have and no signal from this transponder ! Amazing !


    But hopefully this will help someone that has the same issue in the future.
