Help tuner not picking up any channels after software update

What image did you have on the solo2 before this happened??? and what did you update too???

sound like he has not done a back up and needs the whole box resetting up configs etc

Would be good to know what sat France21 is trying to tune into,need more info bud

menu/setup/service searching/tuner configuration

what are your tuners set up as in here????

What have you not got help with buddy???
Like any software/hardware problem ,if its not working as it should check all possibilities/probabilities:
cables,connections all the way from testing the LNB power to the dish alignment to the F connectors to the cable, to the box ,to the configuration, to the sat.xml up to date whichever you use, to try another box, dish, cable ,LNB,,,etc,,,change of image, image version.. btw.. vix hades is the most recent..and so is BH 1.7.1..
Not trying to be funny but as there are so many possibilities/probabilities and you haven´t bothered to be specific with what you have /have not tried...
Another thing ... ¿ are you within the footprint ???
Check out all of that ,then come back and answer if you have got help or not...
We can then take it from there....

Of course you will,,, so take a copy/make a backup of all your personal configurations...
Lastly for both of you ,,,check your BOX is 100% original...

i have checked my cable lnbs setting on other receiver it work well butt when i connect to solo2 no signals ever i do factory reset put orginal factory default image but no success now tell wat to do

another difference of the solo2 to the duo2 is the tuner in solo2 is fixed....
is it still under guarantee bud??
Is there a sat.xml file installed?
Look in etc/tuxbox or etc/enigma2..
