remove TSmedia and re-install it again
openpli 3 not supported for dm800 and has a lot of problems,better to use supported image

dm800 has limited choices but you can try openatv(http://images.mynonpublic.com/…htly/index.php?open=dm800) and TSimage
assuming you have original dm800
