hi guys took my 1tb hdd out of my wd as its a waste in it as i only have it 3 quater full put it in my duo2 went to mount it seen 3 hdd pics there and my usb that mounted so went to mount hdd it said something about ext2 ext 3 will this work guys thanks

Firstly what image have you got on the duo2??? and next what exactly did the message say about ext2 & Ext3 ???

sorry mckee sorted i went into initaliza did it works fine now thanks,can i ask i wanna put the 5oogig into the wd media player will it be ok after coming from the duo2 i have vix 163 installed
ok bud no problem.... your 500gb hdd will be fine to go in the wd media player, although you may need to format it first.
