scanning cable chaans ,and signal levels ,porstmouth area

hi there every one ,I need some help ,had a look round the forum,my prob is cant get any signal via cable side of things,got all the right settings,iam in Portsmouth area,
net id 41042
symbol rate 5627
qam 256
but I only get 6% ,iam sure its the correct settings ,the sly side of things is working 100%
I know there I a signal going into the box ,yes I have it connect to the right input ,could it be the firmware or is it some thing else ,please point in the right directions or any help will do cheers.

ok for any one in Portsmouth area ,try 6952 or 6887 for symbol rate net id 41042 qam 256 this should work ,as I did for me .
