simple but i lost most of my hair, ET5000 card chip side up

i have tried to get the dolly buster card to work on the xtrend 5000 tried everything and it wouldnt read the card

a simple answer was found

the card slots on an ET5000 are upside down, ie you insert the card with contacts face up

please dont laugh :choler:
