Et10000 xtrend stuck on blue light please advise?

Hi all,

I have a ET10000 HD, its brand new but when i power up from the rocker switch it shows the power button on a blue light but no display on the front display screen of the receiver. Also I cannot flash with bootloader or image as there's no picture on TV screen and receiver display??

any ideas?

I have sent the receiver back to have it replaced or refunded. Thank you for the link but that was the first thing i tried and no joy!
