Is it possible to share my 2 different cards separately in a VU+ Duo?
I have bought one and it's arrived, I don't want to share Card 1 with Card 2, I wan't to keep them separate. Possible or not? :)

If you want to block a provider to some this can be done in cccam.cfg or if using oscam in oscam.user by creating separate groups, try giving more info about your setup & people will be able to help you better but yes it is possible.
Its possible, if you use oscam as server your card will be separated into 2 groups in oscam.server, you can then decide which group each user is allowed in oscam.user.
If you are using CCcam as server you add the caid of the card you want to block on the users F line like so, F: user pass 2 0 0 ( 0:0:2,963:0 }. This caid is for sly uk.
So say if you had a JSC card and a Sly UK card then for the JSC peers:
F: user pass 2 0 0 ( 0:0:2,963:0 }
and Sly peers
F: user pass 2 0 0 ( 0:0:2,603:0 }
Display MoreSo say if you had a JSC card and a Sly UK card then for the JSC peers:
F: user pass 2 0 0 ( 0:0:2,963:0 }
and Sly peers
F: user pass 2 0 0 ( 0:0:2,603:0 }
Yes just like that mate but watch the spacing, it needs to be exact to work like below
F: user pass 2 0 0 ( 0:0:2, 963:0 }
and Sly peers
F: user pass 2 0 0 ( 0:0:2, 603:0 }
For extra security also lock those flines to the specific peer
F: user pass 2 0 0 ( 0:0:2, 603:0 } { } { } peers dns
Just to add, to save confusion later as you lean about filtering cards, do it this way
F: user pass 2 0 0 ( 0:0:2, 963:0:0 }
Block
For this reason
F: user pass 2 0 0 ( 0:0:2, 963:0:1 }
View but no reshare
It will make more sense later this way.
Working perfect in my CCcam.cfg without any spacing needed.
Thanks! The cccam way was what I needed.
However, I shall be running OSCAM + CCcam.
OSCAM will read my Sly UK card and CCcam will share it, JSC still works fine being read and shared by CCcam.
Is it therefore possible to use OSCAM to read Sly and share it, whilst the cccam.cfg file reads JSC and shares it with the above mentioned settings.
You need to activate the dvapi function so oscam works as server, create new accounts for peers in oscam.user and give out c lines as normal.

I want to share using CCcam though, so there is only the one oscam user which is me, with an N line for the Sly Card in cccam.cfg.

Then your question has been answered above.

By the dvapi post or by the others? :)
By the cccam (fline related) posts. If you are running cccam then there is no point running dvapi, this is only needed for those using purely oscam as both client & server.

Understood so I can get OSCAM to read Sly, use an N line in cccam to 'open' it and share it. Whilst opening JSC in cccam and sharing it. Thanks. :)
Hey,
I got my cards both reading but only the Sly card is being shared, the JSC card is not. Even without restrictions (so clines for both).
JSC clears with the card though.
Any ideas?
Can your peers see the jsc card or just the sly.

Just the Sly, even those without restrictions (so meant to have normal access to both).
Check the reader paths but i think you may have problems with this setup, a far better option would be to read both in oscam & use cccam only for sharing.
JSC Sports / Al Jazeera uses either viaccess or irdet_o encryption, do you know which your card is so we can get configs for oscam.
Mine is irdet_o, I also have the CAM reader for it.
I simply copied over the cccam config files from the old DM500 which was sharing it.
